Thoughts of self-harm? PLEASE contact the SUICIDE HOTLINE: DIAL 988 in the US
My oldest child died from Metastatic Breast Cancer in 2018, 8 years after her brother, my youngest son, had also died from brain cancer. As someone intimately acquainted with the place of Grief in my life I believe I can - and should - open my heart and life to help you with yours.
This is a journey we can make together, regaining purpose and, yes, even joy!
"I know you do the Grief thing but I don't want to talk about it."
30 minutes later:
'You know, I really do feel better!"
"I really needed this."
"I needed that. You're such a blessing."
"I just want you to know that you ALREADY ARE AN AMAZING GRIEF COACH. You've helped me sooo much."
"Helen Condon thank you for being there for me and everyone in here. I am blessed to have you."
"Thank you my friend!! Truly."
"Inspired. Thank you, Helen."
"I am so sorry for your loss but I love how you are using your own personal experience with sorrow and grief to reach out and help others. Thanks for your example."
My goal is to help you regain your strength as you now walk with Grief. You will not "get over it" but you will find Joy again!
We will start with a small group Zoom meeting and meet weekly for as long as you need. There will also be opportunities for one-on-one help.
1. Learn how to come to terms with the loss
2. Learn how to process the pain as it comes
3. Find light in your new reality
4. Create an on-going life of self-care
You want to be your best self in all aspects of life. Here we provide tools, a place to listen and friendly, constructive advice to help you regain your full potential.
Let us find a way to incorporate your Grief into your being so you can become stronger, more compassionate and more loving, both to yourself and to others.
Together we will build a healthy relationship with Grief and find a good place for it in your best life.
